I am an Usui Reiki Master Practitioner assisting children and adults, using Reiki as a tool to facilitate balance and alignment within our soul and physical bodies via our energy centers ~ the chakras. Reiki can assist in clearing emotional blockages and/or old or "stuck" energy which can manifest within our physical bodies as pain or unease. Reiki is beneficial in assisting with anxiety & depression, ADD/ADHD, PTSD and the side effects of cancer and its treatments. Reiki is both grounding and restorative to the nervous system and will assist your body in feeling relaxed, refreshed and aligned within.
